In order to avoid complicated calculations for performing services and misunderstandings following them, we are applying a system in which, our income depends on the annual amount of documents in your company.
The fee is calculated monthly after defining the estimated annual number of invoices and bills. The basic rate is till 100 documents per year. It’s a flat rate independent from your income. When you exceed the yearly amount of documents we inform you about it and adjust the annual fee to the actual number of documents. The start-up costs of a new company (Chamber of Commerce registration) are a one -off cost of €50 ecl. VAT.
